摘要: The aim of this paper is to contribute the development indicators for social protection that are helpful in processes 'benchmarking' and 'learning from best practices'. importance such underlined by recent call Commission European Communities more streamlining policy co-ordination on protection. Drawing principles underlying general input (i.e. about welfare state efforts instead outcomes) particular, we suggest model family approach would be a most useful instrument develop arrangements. This involves calculating net disposable incomes resulting packages measures, giving clear indication crossnational differences levels minimum income financial stimulus start working various types. Moreover, these models very easy maintain. Nevertheless use not unproblematic. Firstly, results sensitive definition income. Secondly, families defined numerous assumptions because cross-regional lack standardised data it often possible define uniform method deal with them. Thirdly, only focuses one dimension protection, level fiscal costs benefits. Therefore produces partial efforts. Finally, encapsulate types – let alone several benefits into single indicator Except first problem, disadvantages can (partially) solved micro-simulation method.
