摘要: The present invention relates to the use of creatine compounds including cyclocreatine and phosphate for treating or preventing a metabolic disorder consisting hyperglycemia, insulin dependent diabetes mellitus, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperinsulinemia, insensitivity, related diseases in patient experiencing said disorder. which can be used method include (1) analogues act as substrates substrate enzyme kinase; (2) activators inhibitors (3) modulate transporter (4) N-phosphocreatine bearing transferable non-transferable moieties mimic N-phosphoryl group. (5) modify association kinase with other cellular components.
