摘要: Bladder carcinoma is an important worldwide health problem. Both cystoscopy and urine cytology used in detecting bladder cancer suffer from drawbacks where invasive method shows low sensitivity grade tumors. This study validates easier less time-consuming techniques to evaluate the value of combined use angiogenin clusterin comparison combination with voided detection patients. includes malignant (bladder patients, n = 50), benign (n 20) healthy groups. The studied groups were subjected cystoscopic examination, bilharzial antibodies, cytology, estimation urinary by ELISA. overall specificity 66 75 % for angiogenin, 70 82.5 46 80 cytology. Combined two biomarkers was 88 which higher than both markers alone (82 %) that each marker (76 respectively. In conclusion, can improve cancer, may be very useful monitoring effectiveness antiangiogenic apoptotic therapies cancer.
