摘要: A comparative analysis of air quality standard-setting in the Federal Republic Germany (FRG) and United States America (USA) suggests that environmental regulatory processes have been significantly influenced by different cultural traditions legal requirements. Though isolated strategies transferred (e.g., use emission "bubbles"), potential for transferring attractive elements each country's approach will be limited. However, authors found transfer regulatory, scientific technological information between US FRG appear to had greatest impacts on two countries.The results this study also suggest public private sector policy makers increasingly find it necessary track activities, as well innovations, other countries order forecast influence or legislative actions.
