摘要: The crystal structure and thermal decomposition process of barium borophosphate BaBPO5 have been studied by a combination X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) vibration spectroscopic techniques, is refined Rietveld technique, which indicates that the units this compound are PO4 BO4 tetrahedra as well irregular rare earth polyhedra, observed XRD patterns samples under series heat treatments, Raman infrared spectra initial its decomposed products Ba3BP3O12 Ba2P2O7 showed variations anion groups boron phosphorus, Assignments deduced from systematic investigation natural compounds isotopic species with help shift data B-10-B-11.
