摘要: The utilization of available locomotive wheel-rail adhesion has been and continues to be an area great concern builders railroads throughout the world. In 1976, EMD completed extensive four-year research program initiated investigate relationship between friction wheel creep on a wheel. purpose this paper is present results friction-creep study. Included discussion various conditions that affect relationship. Test sites, test procedures, instrumentation, data analysis methods are also discussed. conclusions aimed at providing understanding interface how pertains adhesion.
