摘要: Invasive candidiasis can have a major effect on patient prognosis and medical economics. Quickly eliminating the focus of infection administering appropriate antifungal therapy are important. Clinical guidelines for invasive been issued in USA, Europe recently Japan. The purpose this review is to summarize current recommendations how diagnose treat based evidence gathered date by referencing from various countries. Echinocandin antifungals play central role prevention treatment although recent increase echinocandin-resistant Candida glabrata seen as problematic. In future, promoting use agents stewardship teams will be necessary suppress adverse effects, appearance resistant strains unnecessary expenses, well improve positive clinical outcomes prognoses.
