摘要: Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is a pathological state in which varying degrees of fibrinolytic activation are seen simultaneously as systemic, persistent, and marked the presence an underlying disease. Suppressed-fibrinolytic-type DIC usually develops patients with sepsis. Coagulation severe, while mild. Enhanced-fibrinolytic-type occurs acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL). Both severe affected patients. Balanced-fibrinolytic-type solid tumors, has pathogenesis intermediate between those two aforementioned types. In animal models, lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced forms similar to suppressed-fibrinolytic-type DIC, whereas models tissue factor (TF)-induced have features enhanced-fibrinolytic/balanced-fibrinolytic DIC. We moving direction more appropriate selection treatment based on type.
