摘要: One of the most important components beer is germinated barley. However, some additives have been used, such as rice or maize: an indirect ELISA technique has described in trials conducted on beers made with 0.35% maize 0.30% mash, both were detected and analyses time was 24 hours. Fermentation mainly due to special brewing yeasts which should not be contaminated wild strains: thus three main areas can studied by immunochemical means: (1) starter culture its contaminants (2) properties barley during germination processes, and (3) contaminants various processes.
