摘要: We aimed to analyze the use of blood products in cardiac surgery and investigate its effect on clinical outcomes. Perioperative transfusion requirement, survival complication rates duration hospitalization were noted. Patients divided into two groups considering hospital intensive care unit (ICU) stay. The cardiopulmonary bypass time cross clamp time, amount used cryoprecipitate, fresh frozen plasma, platelet, red cell bleeding significantly higher that stayed at for > 7 days ICU > 2 days (p > 0.05). In univariate model, predict patients who might stay more than 1 week 3 days, we considered significant efficacy postoperative transfusion, amount, (p < 0.05). reduced multivariate however, analyzed significant-independent plasma determine would 3 days have concluded increased was associated with prolonged stays. open surgeries, due identified as a predictor staying longer 7 days hospital.
