摘要: The safety and efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in 5 dogs with nephrolithiasis ureterolithiasis was assessed. Three had bilateral nephrolithiasis, 1 unilateral ureterolithiasis, ureterolithiasis. A first-generation lithotriptor used for all treatments. None the developed clinically important complications during or after treatment, except dog treated that transient Renal function unchanged following treatment. Clinical signs resolved dogs. Extracorporeal appears to be a safe effective means treating cause less renal parenchymal damage loss than does nephrotomy.
