摘要: Abstract Infra-red spectra of amorphous and partly crystalline bisphenol A polycarbonate were measured. Based on the temperature dependences infra-red its model compound, diphenyl carbonate, bands sensitive to transitions between trans-trans trans-cis conformations carbonate group determined. Using spectral data obtained for solution in chloroform, enthalpy change ΔH transition was estimated be ∼0.5 kcal mol −1 . solid suggest that interchain forces state stabilize less favoured conformation group, most probably structure.
