摘要: The objective of this study is to show the relation among backscatter signals JERS-1 images and biophysical parameters (biomass values) forest savanna formations. Two contact zones involving these vegetation units in Brazilian Amazonia (Roraima Mato Grosso States) were selected. A regression model was applied during analysis two variables, based on best fit function taking into account data dispersion. Maps generated showing biomass spatialization typology found areas. importance innovation referring joint Amazonia, representing both an abrupt a smooth along transition zone savanna/tropical rainforests
