摘要: In this work, we investigated the effect of carbon black (CB)-loading on miscibility poly(vinylidene fluoride)/poly(methyl methacrylate) (PVDF/PMMA) blends using CB particle as a self-diagnosing probe. The mobility particles both in homogeneous and PVDF/PMMA blend matrices was real-time monitored through situ recording variation electrical resistivity with time during annealing treatments. It found that dynamic percolation curves matrix behave self-similarity to different temperatures concentrations, activation energy is near zero-shear-rate viscosity polymer regardless filler concentrations. However, CB-filled system, shape were change temperature. These facts implicate filled are not homogeneous. SEM AFM observations well DSC DMA studies confirmed incorporation induces phase fluctuations miscible due preferential adsorption PVDF molecules surface. As result, heterogeneously distributed thus greatly reduce threshold PVDF/PMMA/CB composites.
