摘要: Reports a working microelectronic chip implementation of Chua's circuit. This has been designed and fabricated by using 2 mu m CMOS technology, with the circuit itself occupying silicon area 2.5mm*2.8mm. The needs to be powered single 9V battery, is autonomous, generates chaotic signals from three state variables proper operation this confirmed experimental reproduction bifurcation phenomena. design can employed as basic component in VLSI synthesis complex circuits making use signals, including class cellular neural networks secure communication systems. >
