摘要: An experimental setup for time- and angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy with sub-15 fs temporal resolution is presented. A hollow-fiber compressor used the generation of 6.5 white light pump pulses, a high-harmonic-generation source delivers 11 probe pulses at photon energy 22.1 eV. value 13 full width half-maximum pump-probe cross correlation signal determined by analyzing photoemission intensity transient probing near-infrared interband transition in 1T-TiSe2. Notably, conforms to typical values reported conventional time-resolved studies using high harmonics, an ultimate 170 meV feasible.
