Integrative Propositional Analysis for developing capacity in an academic research institution by improving strategic planning

摘要: Although current systems‐based methods of organization development provide some benefit to improving the ability organizations reach their goals, consultants are continually seeking improve way they may be used support internal and external clients. This paper reports on an emerging analytical method, “Integrative Propositional Analysis,” its use for strategic plans leading improvements in capacity academic research institution. preliminary report suggests a new structural perspective that useful leaders interested usefulness organizational effectiveness so better fulfil missions.
