摘要: AbstractPurpose: The present study evaluated the expression of alpha1-adrenoceptor subtypes in human corpus cavernosum.Materials and Methods: mRNA encoding alpha1a, alpha1b alpha1d were assessed by RNA-directed complementary cDNA synthesis followed Taq DNA amplification. level alpha1 was calculated arbitrary optical density units normalized with respect to length respective fragments.Results: We found that adrenoceptor are expressed cavernosum, a predominant alpha1a subtype.Conclusion: These results suggest alpha1a-adrenoceptor subtype is important understanding biochemical functional characteristics this may lead development specific antagonists treatment impotence.
