摘要: We show how characterization of GaInP/GaInAs/Ge multijunction solar cells benefits from the use electroluminescence (EL) measurements. Usual methods involving optical excitation and measurement electrical response are challenging when they applied to concentrator due necessity high power precise simulation sunlight. By inversing direction response, individual information about subcells becomes accessible at injection conditions. an electro-optical reciprocity theorem that describes link between cell quantum efficiency electroluminescent emission extract current/voltage curves EL spectra. This is accomplished by comparing spectra with independently measured curve.
