摘要: Silver Shield serves as Nevada’s central repository for critical asset data and aligns closely with the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Infrastructure warehouse. Shield’s mission is to identify, catalogue, prioritize, coordinate protection infrastructure key resources support Federal, State, local, tribal readiness, prevention, mitigation, response efforts. Critical include both public private sector systems assets, whether physical or virtual, that are so vital their incapacity destruction will have a debilitating effect on security, economy, health safety, environment, any combination these matters across regional, territorial local jurisdictions. This paper discusses how Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism Center, Northern Threat Assessment Center come together meet this challenge.
