摘要: Abstract We calculate the surface density of state iron based LaFeAsO 1 - x F superconductor. The gap function is obtained microscopically by solving Eliashberg equation in a 5-band Hubbard model with random phase approximation (RPA). Although has sign change between Fermi surfaces, we cannot find zero bias conductance peak for [1 0 0] and [1 1 0]-oriented interface.
