摘要: This study examines the mediating effect of perceived usefulness on relationship between trust in system (correctness, response time, support, availability and security) continuance usage intention e-filing Malaysia. Data was collected from two urban cities Malaysia; Selangor Kuala Lumpur. A total 355 data analyzed using Partial Least Squared Method (PLS). The result showed that Perceived Usefulness has a variables time with (correctness time) significant positive intention. found to be most important predictor meanwhile usefulness. However support does not have any impact also
