摘要: Abstract In order to understand more fully how polymer matrix attributes influence nanocomposite properties, nanocomposites containing hydroxyapatite nanoparticles and a poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) were prepared compared results for chemically-similar system with lesser degree of crystallinity. Experimental indicated that the higher crystallinity hinders nanoparticle dispersion at loadings above 0.5 wt.% together these structural factors, high aggregation, produced different mechanical reinforcement behavior below glass transition temperature than has been seen previously in amorphous matrices or moderate levels. Overall, suggested character does not govern properties all levels matrices.
