摘要: A system and method is provided for revising the time stamp information in an MPEG-2 encoded data transport stream after content modified. Incoming packets are stamped with arrival times packet sequence counts. Synchronization points within elementary identified those synchronization calculated. After streams modified, commensurate calculated based on counts of incoming packets, as well bit ratio between modified outgoing packets. Calculated used to output stream.
