摘要: Purpose: To compare the success rate of adjunctive 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), daunomycin in combination with triamcinolone during vitrectomy eyes retinal detachment (RD) proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR). Methods: In this prospective randomized clinical trial, 69 from patients RD PVR (grade B or C) to 3 groups. Group 1: received 5-FU LMWH (200 microgram/ml 5FU 5 IU/ml LMWH, Fragmin); group 2: (0.5 mg) 500 cc infusion fluid; 3: control group. all patients, 0.1 intravitreal was used vitrectomy. The visited on day 1, week month 6. Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) status compared Results: Complete data were available for 60 out patients. Thirty five (58.3%) male 25 (41.7%) female. patient age range 19-84 years mean 49. groups did not have significant difference age, sex, duration detachment, severity PVR, preoperative (V/A), lens status, type tamponade encircling band buckle. Postoperative V/A retina also same Conclusion: Perioperative 5-FU, does significantly increase comparing Although improvement reattachment 1 2 better than group, but statistical analysis failed show between
