摘要: Amorphous and micro-crystalline α- γ-zirconium acid phosphates have been investigated by the ESCA technique. α-zirconium phosphate has also studied as a single crystal. Both B.E. of zirconium phosphorous electrons in are slightly higher than those reported for derivatives trivalent metal phosphates, indicating stronger polarization ZrO PO bonds. Furthermore, it seems that some features structure dependent. However, no definitive conclusions drawn because lack knowledge “charging-up” phenomena protonic conductors such phosphates. Satellite structures observed P2s, P2p, Zr3d Zr4p regions. The position intensity these “shake-up” effects again dependent on nature examined phase they seem to be due presence electron defect induced X-rays or already present original samples.
