摘要: Amorphous and micro-crystalline α- γ-zirconium acid phosphates have been investigated by the ESCA technique. α-zirconium phosphate has also studied as a single crystal. Both B.E. of zirconium phosphorous electrons in are slightly higher than those reported for derivatives trivalent metal phosphates, indicating stronger polarization ZrO PO bonds. Furthermore, it seems that some features structure dependent. However, no definitive conclusions drawn because lack knowledge “charging-up” phenomena protonic conductors such phosphates. Satellite structures observed P2s, P2p, Zr3d Zr4p regions. The position intensity these “shake-up” effects again dependent on nature examined phase they seem to be due presence electron defect induced X-rays or already present original samples.
