摘要: Introduction: Autoantibodies in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) are useful both for diagnosis and prognosis. Antibodies directed against citrullinated antigens have recently been shown to predict development of RA as well poor outcome early arthritis. Data on their role established is limited. We studied the association various autoantibodies with its severity. Materials methods: A total one hundred twenty nine-patients was enrolled sera were collected stored at −70°C. regarding erosions, deformities, extra-articular features collected. Conclusion: Anti-CCP present majority patients including patients. Both addition conventional marker like severe erosive disease.
