摘要: Time-resolved fluorescence depolarization was applied to investigate the dynamics of low-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols (MW 150, 400, 1000, 4000) labeled by fluorescein-isothiocyanate. The analysis measurements revealed considerable flexibility polymer chain.
