摘要: As technologies to develop, conceptualisations of privacy have developed alongside them, from a “right be let alone” attempts capture the complexity issues within frameworks that highlight legal, social-psychological, economic or political concerns present. However, this reactive highlighting intrusions does not provide an adequate framework though which understand ways in should proactively protected. Rights privacy, such as those enshrined European Charter Fundamental Rights, require forward-looking positively outlines parameters order prevent intrusions, infringements and problems. This paper makes contribution by examining impacts six new emerging technologies. It analyses each these present argues there are seven different types privacy. We also use case study information suggest imprecise conceptualisation may necessary maintain fluidity enables dimensions identified, understood addressed effectively respond rapid technological evolution.
