摘要: A 23-year-old male British soldier developed a progressive sensory loss and weakness in his right arm during 12 km training run with load of approximately 70 kg. There was no recovery symptoms within 3 months both MRI USS did not demonstrate site compression the brachial plexus. An infraclavicular plexus exploration performed 11 months after injury that indicated an ischaemic neuropathy post-injury fibrosis. Injuries secondary to carrying heavy backpack prolonged periods exercise are rare, particularly region. Cases such as this highlight regimens military population should be appraised due risk similar injuries occurring.
