摘要: Abstract Hypochlorous acid (HClO) is one of the most important ROS (reactive oxygen species) and common pollutant in tap-water. However, determination HClO with fast response high sensitivity/selectivity still an urgent demanding. Here we fabricated a ratiometric fluorescent probe RC based on TBET (through-bond energy transfer) platform coumarin rhodamine thiosemicarbazide group as linker. This could display characteristic fluorescence emission coumarin. Upon addition HClO, linker was reacted into oxadiazole, resulting opening spiro-ring rhodamine. The resultant then gives fluorogenic changes. exhibits selectivity sensitivity towards low limit detection (~140 nM). Eventually, successfully applicated for determining spiked water samples imaging endogenous living cells.
