摘要: In vitro osteoblast precursor cell responses to characterized hydroxyapatite (HA) surfaces of different treatments were investigated. The sintered HA samples observed have the highest crystallite size compared as-received and calcined samples. As indicated by increased alkaline phosphatase specific activity 1,25 (OH/sub 2/) vitamin D/sub 3/ stimulated osteocalcin production, a more differentiated osteoblast-like phenotype was on surfaces.
