摘要: This study was performed to determine the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of normal kidney using diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DW-MRI) sequences and analyse both changes due hydration state results repeatability. Ten volunteers underwent DW-MRI kidneys with a breath-hold single-shot spin-echo planar (SE-EPI) sequence in axial coronal planes b values 300, 500, 800 s/mm2, different states hydration. Urine osmolarity (OsmU) sodium excretion (NaU) were measured at time each examination. ADC maps created for all values, calculated compared between In five subjects, protocol conducted twice test data lower higher (3.00 vs. 2.47 1.99×10−3 mm2/s respectively). not statistically different. Measurements reproducible. OsmU NaU (p<0.01). significantly decrease values. Average are Hydration does influence mean
