摘要: Abstract Instrumentationis described to perform automated thermal desorption—pyrolysis capillary gas chromatography. The volved compounds are cryogenically trapped minimize peak width and isolate the chromatographic column from reactive atmospheres, if necessary. instrument is operated in splitless mode maximize sensitivity. 14 C organic were used determine transfer efficiencies of polar throught instrument. absolute recovery pyrolysis products decompositionof [ C]polystyrene was determined. Losses unit interface discussed.
