摘要: A novel amperometric biosensor for the determination of Al(III) based on inhibition enzyme acetylcholinesterase has been developed. The immobilization was performed screen-printed carbon electrodes modified with gold nanoparticles. oxidation signal acetylthiocholine iodide substrate affected by presence ions leading to a decrease in current. developed system detection limit 2.1 ± 0.1 μM Al(III). reproducibility method is 8.1% (n = 4). Main interferences include Mo(VI), W(VI) and Hg(II) ions. successfully applied spiked tap water . analysis certified standard reference material also carried out. Both results agree values considering respective associated uncertainties.
