摘要: Hoffmann's sign (also referred to as reflex) (C7, C8, and T1; median nerve) is a variation on the technique of eliciting finger flexor reflex. If reflexes are hyperactive, snapping middle may be followed by flexion adduction thumb index finger, indicating that present. The more suggestive corticospinal tract involvement when it unilateral, complete, markedly active, accompanied other abnormal reflexes. An important caveat interpretation reflex healthy individuals with hyperactive have bilateral signs.
