摘要: The human body is colonized with a diverse resident microflora that includes viruses. Recent studies of metagenomes have begun to characterize the composition 'virobiota' and its associated genes (the 'virome'), fostered emerging field host-virobiota interactions. In this Perspective, we explore how viruses interact immune system. We review recent findings highlight role system in shaping virobiota consider may impact host immunity. Finally, discuss implications virobiota–immune interactions for health.
