摘要: Hericium erinaceus possesses multiple medicinal values. To date, however, there have been few studies of the systemic screening H. strains, and neuroprotective effects prepared from homogenized, fresh fruiting bodies are not fully understood. In this study, 4 random primers were selected used in amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to screen evaluate genetic diversity 19 commercial strains different localities China. A total 66 bands obtained, percentage loci reached 80.30%. Five dendrograms constructed based on RAPD by Jaccard cluster within-group linkage analysis. Primer S20 as well all had great potential specific for RAPD-PCR molecular identification differentiation strains. Based results submerged culture body cultivation, HT-N, HT-J1, HT-C, HT-M identified superior among Further study showed that oral preparation could attenuate Aβ25-35-triggered damage PC12 cells significantly increasing cell viability decreasing release lactate dehydrogenase. conclusion, combined with liquid solid cultures can be products cells.
