摘要: This article offers perspectives on the future role of Court Justice in competition law matters. It first predicts that due to several institutional, substantive and procedural idiosyncrasies, Court’s ‘rule-making’ function should gain further importance. The resurgence preliminary references landed before recent years brings support this prediction. In turn, argues with role, comes heightened responsibility setting ‘right’ standard. Given lack readily available, objective benchmark distinguish what makes good bad law, paper thoughts necessity set ‘consistent’ standards, explores facets rule-making consistency EU law.
