摘要: Human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) has long been associated with the initiation and maintenance of pregnancy, where angiogenesis plays an important role. However, function hCG in recruitment vascular active cells are not fully understood. In this study, role its receptor circulating angiogenic human endothelial cells, including lymphatic, uterine microvascular, umbilical vein was examined. Immunohistochemistry immunoblot analysis were used to detect LH/hCG expression hCG-induced molecules. HIF-1α determined via ELISA downstream molecules, such as CXCL12 CXCR4, real-time PCR. Chemotaxis analyzed using Boyden chambers. Our results show that present all tested cells. Furthermore, able stimulate LH/hCG-receptor-specific migration a dose-dependent fashion induce key HIF-1α, CXCL12, CXCR4. conclusion, our findings underscore importance one first molecules produced by conceptus. itself alters motility, recruitment, pro-angiogenic may therefore play adaption during implantation early placental formation.
