摘要: We introduce a systematic method to compare externalized mental models with group model resulting from building (GMB) process. To this end, we categorize the various concepts included in models, and propose Venn diagrams matrices demonstrate composition of identify overlapping categories. then suggest set metrics analyze matrices. apply our dataset three GMB processes, finding suggested be helpful for evaluating extent which all participants were able include their perspectives, whether new ideas emerged process, thus constituting innovation. conclude that may valuable contribution evaluation processes. Furthermore, categorization is delicate process has significant influence on results. Copyright © 2015 System Dynamics Society
