摘要: Most research on suicide has focussed the role of psychological and social problems as causes self-destructive behaviour. But according to recent findings, suicidal behaviour may also have biological correlates. This is not entirely unexpected in manic-depressive illness, a disorder with genetic back-ground demonstrable biochemical disturbances, which carries high risk for (Guze & Robins, 1970; Rorsman, 1973). It appear more surprising that certain disturbances – particular nerve cells use serotonin transmitter be associated outside context depressive illness. The present paper will summarize discuss some findings this area.
