摘要: The sperm ultrastructure of the Grylloblattodea Galloisiana yuasai was described and characters were comparatively examined in several orthopteroid insect orders for inferring phylogenetic placement Grylloblattodea. spermatozoa G. are joined bundles (spermatodesms) containing 200 units. Major features these include a monolayered acrosome, 9+9+2 axoneme with 16-pfs accessory microtubules expanded intertubular material, an evident “centriole adjunct”. diffused material observed between mitochondrial derivatives is considered to be extension three connecting bands other taxa, similar what happens some orthopteran lineages. presence bands, even though modified yuasai, suggests that placed clade Mantophasmatodea, Mantodea Orthoptera.
