摘要: Abstract Background Measurement of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) in plasma – the so called liquid biopsy - is a novel method for early detection cancer. Necrotic cancer cells release various fragments that can be detected or serum. The aim our study was to investigate concentration circulating ALU115, LINE79 and LINE297 from venous arterial blood colorectal (CRC) patients before, during 5 days after surgical intervention. Patients methods Thirty (16 female, 14 male, median age 56 years), undergoing surgery appendix cancer, 17 healthy volunteers were included this study. Plasma samples collected individuals. Qualitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) quantitative real-time PCR analyses conducted using specific primers LINE297. Results ALU115 significantly increased CRC compared control group (p = 0.002). Interestingly, higher individuals than (p = 0.031). We did not find any difference regarding between two groups (p = 0.893). total cfDNA slightly (p Conclusion According results, could potential biomarker diagnosis CRC. conventional tumor markers CEA CA19-9 do seem useful malignant tumors. Whether amount represents reliable has yet confirmed.
