摘要: Compositions and methods are disclosed which utilize the broad spectrum antiviral activity of PALA. This compound its pharmaceutically acceptable analogs possess potent while displaying minimal toxicity and, therefore, characterized by a relatively high therapeutic index. optionally containing other agents, such as also found to synergistic and/or additive activity.
