摘要: Two-component systems (TCSs) and phosphorelays are key mediators of bacterial signal transduction. The signals activating these promote the phosphorylated state a response regulator, which is generally form that carries out specific functions such as binding to DNA catalysis biochemical reactions. An emerging class proteins-termed TCS connectors-modulate output TCSs by affecting phosphorylation regulators. connectors use different mechanisms action for integration, well in coordination fine-tuning cellular processes. Present both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria, critical variety physiological including sporulation, competence, antibiotic resistance, transition stationary phase.
