摘要: Abstract The magnetic hysteresis loops were studied on Pr6O11 added top-seeded melt grown YBa2Cu3Oy (Y123) superconductors. By tailoring the flux pinning sites by praseodymium oxide additions, for first time, a pronounced intermediate peak was observed in magnetisation textured Y123 material. position of to shift towards lower fields with decreasing temperature contrast fish-tail where field at which appears increases temperature. origin is assigned as due matching effect from Pr-substituted regions matrix. nature and conditions, favoured appearance reasons its temperature, are discussed.
