摘要: Two-phase nanostructures of hard L10-ordered FePt and soft iron-rich fcc Fe-Pt are investigated experimentally by model calculations. The thin films were produced epitaxial co-sputtering onto MgO have a thickness about 10 nm. They form two-phase dots that cover large fraction the surface but separated from each other. X-ray diffraction TEM show c-axis phase is aligned in direction normal to film plane. experimental theoretical hysteresis loops indicate archetypical exchange coupling, excellent magnetic properties obtained. largest values coercivity, saturation magnetization, nominal energy product obtained samples studied 51 kOe, 1287 emu/cc, 54 MGOe, respectively.
