摘要: There are various threats that militate against SMEs in developing economies. However, most fall on the conservative "TV News Effect" of most-publicized cyber- or incidences, with disproportionate mitigation measures. This paper endeavors to establish a taxonomy threat agents fill void. Various fuzzy similarity measures based multi-attribute decision-making techniques have been employed evaluation. The offers panoramic view cyber-threats assessing mission-critical assets, and serves as benchmark for initiating appropriate strategies. economies were strategically interviewed their expert opinions business security metrics. study established natural disasters, which perennial economies, critical cyber-threat agent, whilst social engineering is least threat. 1
