摘要: 1. Methods for the preparation and partial purification of streptococcal fibrinolysin are described. 2. The lysis fibrin clots in presence is associated with proteolysis fibrin. Digestion due to an enzyme normally present serum or plasma inactive state, which activated by fibrinolysin. Fibrinolysin alone has no demonstrable proteolytic activity. 3. lysin factor-fibrinolysin system brings about other proteins such as gelatin casein, addition fibrinogen. 4. It suggested that factor exists a zymogen, it fibrinolysin, kinase, manner similar activation trypsinogen enterokinase mold kinase Kunitz (1938).
